Frequently asked questions

What are credits used for?

Credits are used for AI-powered extras beyond your core song allowance: AI album-art generation, AI scene-background generation for lyric videos, and spoken narration in the worship service planner. Creating a regular song with vocals uses your plan’s song credits, not AI credits.

How much does each AI feature cost?

Each AI image or background costs 1 credit. Spoken Worship mode costs 2 credits. Service-planner narration costs 1 credit for short readings and 2 credits for longer readings (readings longer than ~4 minutes are not allowed in a single run). Promo clips cost 1 credit.

What are the buy-more packs?

When your monthly allowance runs out, you can buy extra credits that never expire:

• 1 credit for $0.99 — a quick top-up when you just need one more.
• 10 credits for $4.99 — best value at 50¢ per credit.

Extra credits work for artwork, scene backgrounds, and narration.

Do credits expire?

Monthly plan credits are counted on a rolling 30-day window, so you never have to wait for a calendar reset. One-time buy-more credits pool into your balance and never expire.

What is the 30-day rolling window?

Instead of resetting on the first of the month, your allowance looks back 30 days from right now. If you used 5 song credits 29 days ago, those 5 credits become available again tomorrow. This keeps things fair and predictable.

What happens when I run out of credits?

If you run out of monthly credits, you can either buy a one-time credit pack from the Buy Credits page or upgrade your plan on the Billing page. You will see a prompt whenever an action needs a credit you do not have.

What is included in my plan’s monthly allowance?

Each plan includes a different number of song credits and AI credits per 30-day window:

• Free: 1 song, no AI credits.
• Starter: 5 songs, 5 AI credits.
• Pro: 25 songs, unlimited AI images/backgrounds, 200 narration credits.
• Studio: 100 songs, 30 AI images/backgrounds, 60 narration credits, full commercial rights.

Do admins or unlimited users pay for credits?

Admin accounts bypass usage limits, so they do not need to buy credits. If you see an unlimited badge on your profile, your AI features are covered.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

One-time credit purchases are final, but if a purchase was made in error contact support through the chat on your profile or billing page and we will review it.
