Commercial License Terms

The rights you receive when you license a song from MelodyMakerStudio.App for commercial use.

1. Definitions

“Licensed Song” means an individual AI-generated song from your account that has been marked as commercially licensed, either via your active Studio subscription at the time of creation or via a one-time per-song purchase. “You” means the registered MelodyMakerStudio.App account holder who created (or purchased the license for) the Licensed Song.

2. Grant of Rights

Subject to your continued compliance with these terms, MelodyMakerStudio.App grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform the Licensed Song.
• Synchronize the Licensed Song with video, podcasts, livestreams, ads, social content, films, apps, and games.
• Monetize content containing the Licensed Song on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, Twitch, and similar services.
• Use the Licensed Song in client work and paid projects you produce.
• Sell physical or digital products that incorporate the Licensed Song (e.g. albums, course materials, merchandise soundtracks).

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Licensed Song as a stand-alone audio file or as part of a music library, sample pack, or stock music catalog.
• You may not register the Licensed Song with a Performing Rights Organization (PRO) or Content ID system in a way that would block other users of MelodyMakerStudio.App from using their own generations.
• You may not claim authorship of the underlying AI model or platform.
• The license does not cover use that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes third-party rights.

4. Persistence After Cancellation

Commercial rights to a Licensed Song are perpetual. If you cancel your Studio subscription or stop using MelodyMakerStudio.App, you keep the right to use the songs that were already licensed at that time. New songs created after cancellation are not covered unless you purchase a per-song license or resubscribe.

5. Refunds — All Sales Are Final

All purchases on MelodyMakerStudio.App are final and non-refundable. This applies to every product:

• Starter credit packs ($9.99) — non-refundable once purchased, whether or not credits have been used.
• Pro subscription ($19.99/month) — non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current billing period is not refunded.
• Studio subscription ($49.99/month) — non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current billing period is not refunded. Songs already licensed via Studio remain licensed forever.
• Per-song Commercial License ($29) — non-refundable once the license flag has been applied to your song.

By completing checkout, you confirm you have read and accepted this no-refund policy.

6. Ownership

MelodyMakerStudio.App and its underlying providers retain ownership of the AI models and generation infrastructure. The license granted here covers the resulting audio output for your account only.

7. Termination

We may revoke this license only if you breach these terms (for example, by sublicensing the audio file to a third party). Revocation does not affect uses already in good-faith distribution before notice.

8. No Warranty

Licensed Songs are provided “as is.” While we take reasonable care to ensure originality, AI systems can occasionally produce similar outputs. You are responsible for confirming the song fits your intended use before commercial release.
